Cutting Material & Machining
We screen raw materials before production, select raw materials to meet customer needs and sent to the production workshop for leather cutting, and then according to the length of the customer's needs for cutting tools to car out the size of the customer's requirements.
Sewing & Turing & Rolling
The raw material that the tool cuts is not one piece, but is made up of several parts that are combined and processed into a single piece, which needs to be flipped and rolled in the process.
Ironing & Pressing
The finished product doesn't look very flat, some leathers are inherently hard, and ironing and pressing will make the finished product look nicer.
Quality Control & Dispatch
Each pair of gloves has to pass quality control before being arranged to be packed into boxes. Our internal packaging can be individually plastic or 12 pairs in a dozen plastic packages, and the outside carton accepts customisation. For more processing technology, please contact our salesman.
